The On Premise Search in Utilities 360 object hierarchy is working as Case Sensitive.

Cause
By Standard the On Premise Search in Utilities 360 object hierarchy is case sensitive.
Resolution
You can remove the Case sensitivity for specific fields (e.g City1 and Street) using the note 3037406.
Please note that this specific note fix is not applicable for all fields. Fields like House Number and house supplements will all remain as case sensitive fields. This is a current system limitation.
