3071070 - Proxy connection to Git server

Symptom

Trying to clone github on-premise repository to Web IDE for HANA, by providing the url, but it does not ask for a User name or pwd.
Connect are not possible to github or gitlab.

Project HANADev: Git repository HANADev: Clone request failed. 
Could not connect to the Git server. Please verify the connection and try again.


Physical access between the servers are available and the root, also the intermediate center certificates are added.
