3071097 - App "Project WIP details" does not show projects with the New Billing Solution (Scope Item 4E9)

Symptom

The Project Billing functionality (Scope Item 4E9) has been activated. However, projects are not displayed in the "Project WIP Details" app with the relevant details.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

Check projects in App "Project WIP Details".

Cause

App "Project WIP Details" is based on DIP data. This App doesn't support Scope Item 4E9. App Project WIP Details (2) based on new project invoice data.

Resolution

Use App Project WIP Details (2) to display the relevant data.

Note

You should use this app to monitor customer projects for which the Project Billing functionality has been activated. Hence, if you have activated scope item 4E9, which grants access to the project billing, the Project WIP Details (2) app can be used to review the WIP details report.
