3071233 - Rule not trigger on position status field - SAP Employee Central

When creating a new record for an inactive position status field turn to Active again by default however onchange rules attached to it does not trigger when new record loads.

This is by system design as when object is inactive and new record is inserted the new record is created with "Active" atribute, the original value for this record is "Active" then there is no change which will make the rule trigger on change rule for this particular record when screen loads.

Please if this is a business requirement and no other field can be used to perform same task then feel free opening a new enhancement request:
