3071328 - Inactive user not getting Offboarding initiated- Onboarding

You are trying to initiate Offboarding process from Employee Central, however, your employee is not appearing in Offboarding Dashboard.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

1. Initiate the termination event in Employee Central;
2. Go to Offboarding dashboard;
3. Your employee does not show up there.

This problem can be caused for configuration issues, in this KBA we will cover a cause related to Data issue. 

The Employee / Employee Manager should be an active user in Employee Central - Otherwise the Offboarding initiation will fail.

Set an active manager for your employee / make the employee as active in the system before of performing the termination.
