3071378 - Work status integration with BPF error: the automatic work status cannot use the Use Workspace Context option in normal dimension - BPC10.1

When validating work status in target action of BPF template, an error occurs: the automatic work status cannot use the Use Workspace Context option in normal dimension (none-driving dimensions and non-identifying dimensions). However, "Use Workspace Context" is not chosen as dimension member in Target Context area.

This only happens when the system language of BPC webclient is Chinese, there is no error if the language is English.
