When an external profile is converted to internal profile, the email is sent in a language different from the user.
The External to Internal Profile Conversion email is sent in always in English despite the user has assigned a different language.

The system follows the set language/locale of the internal candidate profile when sending email.
When the employee is created in the system, it usually assigns the language based in the set Default Language in Provisioning which is English US or English UK. If the employee did not access their internal profile and made modification and save, the system will not make any update in the Candidate Locale field assigned to the internal profile. Therefore, the system still follows the set default language in Provisioning when sending email.
Once the candidate made update in the profile or apply to a job, the system captures their assigned language in Employee Profile in BizX and save it in their Internal Candidate Profile. This new assigned candidate locale will now be the basis of the email they will receive in recruiting.
