3071907 - After adding a one-time condition to reduce RoU asset value, the value is not as expected

Add a one-time condition to raise a credit value to a contract valuation, and create a new time slot with start of consideration on a day (within a period), after valuating again, a new credit RoU asset value is generated, but this value is not exactly the same with one-time condition.
