When you submit a refresh using the Instance Refresh Tool you receive the following error message:

•  Error : [COE0018]The request contains invalid data

Instance refresh Tool does not allow to use the same source or target on the same day for multiple refreshes.

When submitting multiple refreshes using the same source or target you encounter either of the below error messages :

Error : [COE0018]The request contains invalid data

1. Instance refresh request for given target instance is already scheduled for this date. Please select another date for this refresh.

Resolution: This error message will occur when trying to place one more Refresh Request on same day for same Target Instance, if existing refresh is already scheduled for that Target on same date. Please schedule the refresh for an alternative date.

Error : [COE0018]The request contains invalid data

1. You have a pending refresh request to XXXXX from this instance. Please wait for this request to complete and then try again.

Resolution: The Instance refresh tool does not allow use of same Source instance if the source is already used for the same day as another refresh. Please schedule the refresh for an alternative date.
