How RBP roles are incremented?

Example: Customer creates a RBP role with A with manage user and then create a RBP B wihtout manager user and then setup those permissions for an user.

RBP roles are incremented in the system, if the Role A has the manager user and the RBP role B does not have, if the user is assigned for both, the Role A will grant increment that permission. So even if the user has a role without manage user(as example) the one that have manage user checked will overwrite the one that does not have manage user.

Please note that this is valid for any other kind of permissions.
