3072246 - [Onboarding] Address fields of emergency contact is not available when mapping via rule in Document Template (Onboarding/Offboarding)

Symptom

During Personal Data Collection step, External user could fill up address for their Emergency Contact. We want to use Business Rule map the address info of the Emergency Contact in an Onboarding form maintained in Manage Document Template for Onboarding and Offboarding Template. However, the address fields are not available to select under Business Rule. We could see an option called "Address", but we expect to see more options like "Address1", "Postal Code", "City", etc.

Cause

Currently there is no approach to mapping emergency contact with its related address in rule configurations, our Engineering Team are working on an enhancement for the same

Resolution

WORKAROUND:

Set up custom fields under Emergency Contact as address fields and visit custom fields in the rule

PERMANENT FIX:

The Product Management Team has confirmed that the enhancement is included in the roadmap for future enhancements. You may revisit this KBA to get an update on the release date for the same.
