Symptom

Mobile Apply allows candidates to search for jobs, create and manage a profile, and navigate and complete the job application using mobile devices such as a smartphone or a tablet computer. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

Resolution

Mobile Apply is "required" when customer is using RMK-RCM integration. Mobile Apply must be enabled for Career Site Builder career sites to work. For more information, please check the implementation guide Configuring Mobile Apply.
