3072538 - Unable to upload attachments in Manage Recruiting Email Templates - Recruiting Management

• Uploading a file to a Recruiting email template results in no action; the file is not added.

• After choosing a file and clicking Upload in Manage Recruiting Email Templates, no success or error message appears. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Manage Recruiting Email Templates
2. Select an email template
3. Click on "Attach a document"
4. Choose a file
5. Click on "Upload"
6. Nothing happens, the file does not get uploaded

"Document Management Service" is enabled in Provisioning. 

Disable "Document Management Service" in Provisioning > Company Settings. 

1. In Provisioning, navigate to Company Settings.

2. Disable the Document Management Service.

3. Save the changes.

4. Return to Manage Recruiting Email Templates and retry the upload.
