3072657 - Apprentice Management shows Attendance (Timesheet) data as Time Off

An Employee submits the time sheet for the week with their attendance. However, when checked in the Apprentice Management, the attendance (Time Sheet Information) is displayed as Time Off.

Example - Employee has submitted Working Time (Time sheet) for 14^th April.

The data is filled as a working time but in the Apprentice Management, it shows as Time Off.

This is currently expected behavior

• In the Apprentice calendar the Time Off events are shown not just for absences but for the other classifications too due to a gap in the design in the way the data is being retrieved from the Time Off Module.
• In order to address this gap, we will relook/revise the requirements for Apprentice Calendar view and adapt them accordingly.
• This involves requirement finalization and design level changes, We have planned to take this up as an enhancement with the EPIC ECT-170349
