3072661 - Initial Cost Condition Type Not Available for Released Lease Contract

You create a new Lease Contract version as you need to increase the acquisition cost of the connected Right of Use asset.

But you cannot select the Initial Cost condition type.

1. In the Lease Contract Management work center go to the Lease Contracts view. 
2. Find Lease Contract ABC and create a new version (ABC represents the Lease Contract ID). 
3. In the new version go to the Lease Objects tab and then navigate to the Conditions tab. 
4. Open the Conditions Type value help. 

The Initial Cost condition type cannot be selected. 

The initial cost condition can only be maintained in the initial lease contract version.

You need to cancel the lease contract and re-create it again with the updated acquisition cost.
