3072759 - Modify Electronic Signature Step Content - Onboarding

• Need to update content of the Electronic Signature Step seen by candidate displayed from the Complete e-Signing of documents To-Do tile

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to Admin Center> Manage Languages
2. Click Download Default Labels under the Action column for the desired Language Name (e.g. English UK, English US, etc.‎)‎, and open file
3. Search for the following Keys (under column A):
   • DIGITAL_SIGNATURE_WELCOME_MSG
   • DIGITAL_SIGNATURE_AGREEMENT_MSG
   • DIGITAL_SIGNATURE_CONSTENT_TEXT
   • DIGITAL_SIGNATURE_CONSTENT_INSTRUCTION_TEXT
   • DIGITAL_SIGNATURE_ACCEPT_TERMS_TEXT
   • DIGITAL_SIGNATURE_CONSTENT_TITLE
4. Copy the Header and information found from Column A, B, & C (column C is usually empty) for the above keys
5. Open a new spreadsheet and paste the copied information
6. Proceed to make the necessary edit for column B
7. Save the new file as CSV
8. Admin Center > Manage Languages > Expand the language > Click on Action three dots for the custom locale > Upload custom labels > Select created file > Import
9. You should be able to receive a successful pop-up showing up that the upload is successful. Click Ok
