• During upgrade by Software Update Manager (SUM) tool, it stops in phase PREP_INIT/TOOLCHECKXML_UPG with the following error:

The update procedure with target release 75x needs a newer version of the tool listed below.
Each tool in question was called from the target release kernel in
'/usr/sap/SID/SUM/abap/exe'.

Download the new unicode tools (database independent or database dependent for SAP HANA DB and operating system Linux X86_64) according to *SAP Note 2337629*
and put the archives into the download directory /XXX/XXX.
