3073112 - How to Disable Feed Notification to be Sent to Users in Test Tenant

You do not want the Users to receive the Feed Notifications and you have already enabled the Send All emails to a common e-mail address under  "Email and Fax Settings" are set . Nevertheless, some users get emails from the test tenant.

As this is a configuration which depends on each user's individually setup, there is not a general control for turning it off in the system.

For the E-mail Digest, the only way to deactivate it is, by deactivating it for each user in the feeds configuration and unchecking the checkbox "Send digests of all my feeds", which would then stop the e-mails to be sent.

The users can follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Feed work center.
2. Select Actions and choose the option Feed Settings from the drop-down list.
3. For the field E-mail Digest, uncheck the check box for Send digests of all my feeds and Save.
