BPE tile count shows incorrect number of errors

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

1. Proxy to affected user

2. Go to Homepage

3. BPE tile shows lower number of errors

Affected user recently added to SAP_ONB2_ErrorFlowAdmins group

• Old errors won’t be added to the BPE tile and only latest error task will be assigned to this user once he/she is part of the dynamic group and this is how the system works as expected.
• New view error tasks should get assigned to this user as well.

To check all the errors or historical error received, you could navigate to "BPE: Manage User Tasks" and filter with Task Name Like %Error%.
