3073268 - IBP: Changing MININTERNALSERVICELEVEL and MAXINTERNALSERVICELEVEL has no affect on AVERAGESERVICELEVEL at an internal node

Symptom

  • There is an internal node (product/location) that is type 'Stocking';
  • Changing MININTERNALSERVICELEVEL and MAXINTERNALSERVICELEVEL for this node and running MSIO operator does not change outputs like RECOMMENDEDSAFETYSTOCK and AVERAGESERVICELEVEL, no matter what the values are changed to;
  • There is at least one node downstream that is a hybrid node, is type 'Non-stocking', has a value set for MININTERNALSERVICELEVEL and the Stocking Policy Type indicator is 'F'.
