3073296 - The user cannot login to Identity Authentication after sync job in Identity Provisioning

Symptom

  • After syncing the user from SAP SuccessFactors to Identity Authentication using Identity Provisioning, the user cannot login to Identity Authentication tenant as well as receiving reset password email.
  • The Identity Authentication Troubleshooting log shows the following error during sending reset password email:

    2021-06-25T08.02.06.006Ztimestamp=2021-06-25T08.02.06.006Z, ipAddress=xx.xx.xx.xx, severity=WARN, location=com.sap.ids.ui.web.beans.controller.ForgottenPasswordController, crtAccount=XXXXXXX, authenticatedSubject="anonymous", correlationId=B6FE6507-17CE-4389-B671-B4A11DE98824, message=CannotsendForgotPasswordMailtouserwithuidPxxxxxx.Reason:PASSWORD_DISABLED.
