Symptom
- After syncing the user from SAP SuccessFactors to Identity Authentication using Identity Provisioning, the user cannot login to Identity Authentication tenant as well as receiving reset password email.
- The Identity Authentication Troubleshooting log shows the following error during sending reset password email:
