3073516 - Delivery Status Differs Between 'Display Line Item Entry' and 'Monitor PO Items by Account Assignment' Apps

The field 'Is completely delivered' in app 'Display Line Item Entry' (ID F2218) is not consistent with the field 'Delivery Complete' in app 'Monitor Purchase Order Items by Account Assignment' app (ID F2420).

The "delivery completed" flag is only available at the logistics document (goods movement) but is not stored at the journal entry in accounting. 

In app 'Monitor PO Items by Account Assignment' this field is taken from the backend table MSEG, whereas in 'Display Line Item Entry' it is taken from backend table BSEG.

System behaves as expected.
