3073521 - Max Length Restriction - Onboarding 1.0

You have defined a max length restriction for a string field in Onboarding panels - However, this restriction is not working for the data flow between RCM and Onboarding 1.0

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Map a string field from RCM to ONB;
2. Define a max length for this string field in Onboarding Panel settings;
3. Initiate Onboarding for a candidate and insert more characters than the max length definition;
4. You'll noticed that the restriction was not honored.

The max length restriction only works for data inserted in Onboarding 1.0 Panels. For integration purposes there's no option for delimiting the string length.
