3073595 - OnSave Business Rule not working in the Job Requisition - Recruiting Management

There are a few business rules associated with the job requisition templates, but some of the rules are not triggering when saving the job requisition.

The Rule's Base Object is a translation of the template name instead of the standard template name.

It's advised to use "JobRequisition (ALL)" as base object to avoid such behaviors since Recruiting allows the template name's translations to be edited. Since the base object can't change after a rule has been created, tt will be required to create a new business rule to fix this.
