3073611 - DM - Refresh fails because briefing book cannot be found (for one particular user)

When a user runs a refresh, he gets (on server)

Briefing book <name> was not found

On the client, the error is

The BriefingBook <id> is not available on SAP System <data-source>

However, this briefing book does exist, as other users can refresh without any issues
