Symptom

You're trying to import interactions using OData API and get an error message similar to the following: "ID of import entry ORIGIN_ID-ID can't be used for identification; entry is rejected", where the ORIGIN_ID is the origin of the contact that interacted with the system and ID is the ID of this contact.
