3073942 - Application error in New Hire Data Review step - Onboarding

While user attempts to submit the data from candidate in NHDR step, application error occurs.

Example of the error: Application error occurred. please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of error id=xxxxxxxxxx, timestamp=xxxx, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in as the user who completes the New Hire Data Review step.
2. Click on Onboarding dashboard and look for the affected candidate.
3. Click on "Start", after which all candidate data pops up.
4. When clicking on Submit, the application error appears.

This issue is related to duplicate data in Phone Information or Global Information.

For SAP Support, please refer to the internal memo.

Correct or delete the value for Phone / Global Information to avoid duplicate rows.

If user still needs to add this value for the candidate, you can re-add it in Manage Pending Hires.
