3074171 - Report RSCMSPWS cannot change the MaxDB user password due to parameter DBPath is not set for SAP Content Server 6.5

• SAP Content Server 6.5 is used and password has been changed successfully from MaxDB side.
• No error occurred after running report RSCMSPWS.
• The letters in new password are in upper-case.
• The connection to Content Server is not working, following trace occurred in Content Server trace.
