Please note that the following only applies when Outlook integration is enabled.
When an interview is confirmed by a candidate, and the interview is later cancelled, the interviewers/organizers receives an Outlook email to inform them of the cancellation, however the subject line and body of the Outlook cancelation email is not the same as what has been configured for the trigger "Booked Interview Cancellation to Interviewers"/"Booked Interview Cancellation to Organizers".

Reproducing the Issue
- Schedule an interview with a candidate using the trigger "Interview Confirmation to Interviewers" or "Interview Confirmation to Organizers". They will receive an Outlook appointment email as expected
- The candidate confirms the interview and the interview has been booked
- The interview is later cancelled
- The interviewer/organizer then receives another email based on the trigger "Booked Interview Cancellation to Interviewers" or "Booked Interview Cancellation to Organizers", however this email does not contain body and subject line as configured for the template associated to the token "Booked Interview Cancellation to Interviewers" but instead includes the same subject line as configured for the template associated to the trigger "Interview Confirmation to Interviewers" along with the word "Cancelled".
This is the current standard behaviour of the system. This appointment email comes from Outlook and is not sent by SuccessFactors.
There is no additional email sent to the interviewer or organizer for this trigger.
