Opportunity Scoring is not working on Opportunity OWL.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Sales work center, Opportunities view.
- See that all opportunities with status "Open" and "In Process" are not being scored in the Scoring side panel.
There is more than one active running model for the Opportunity Scoring.
In order to have the Opportunity Scoring working correctly, only one active model should be running at a time.
