3074506 - The state field is not editable in Candidate Profile - Recruiting Management

After creating an account in career site, the candidate is unable to edit the state field. 

The candidate needs to re-select the same country to make the state field editable.

Child picklist appears greyed out when parent picklist is already pre-selected.

1. Go to career site

2. Create a candidate profile

3. When editing the candidate profile, the state field is not editable even permission is provided.

The state field is configured first than country in the Candidate Profile Template.

When configuring a cascading picklist field like country and state, it should be the parent field (country) that is configured first than child field (state) in the field definition in the Candidate Profile Template (CPT). The reverse configuration makes the system to load the child picklist field before parent picklist field. As a result, the system is not able to read the initially selected country field since it is trying to load the state field first.
