Resolution
“Kapow” legacy integration has not been supported officially by SuccessFactors. Issues moving forward that has this kind of integration will not be supported. Customers are advised to move with RTJS (Real-Time Job Sync) integration as this has been the accepted and supported method currently for Recruiting Marketing.
Customers who wish to implement the RTJS integration will be needing to reach out to an Implementation Partner/ SAP Professional Services.
