3074647 - Configuration was done in Q system and transported, however when checking P system, it's not changed

You have made change on SSCUI 102517 - Derivation of Recognition Key for Project-Based Services in Q system.
However, after transport the change to P system, the changes were not reflected into P system.

This SSCUI(102517) is exceptional. It's country dependent SSCUI.
It means that for example, if you would like to change configuration for Company Code 0001 which belong to country US, you need to make sure when you make the change, the country solution you selected in App "Manage Your Solution" needs to be US also. Otherwise, if you make the configuration within another country like CN, the system will create a new record in country version CN, and the change on Company Code 0001 will not reflect the change.

We are working on this to change this SSCUI into NOT country specific configuration. However, that may take some time.
For current workaround, please make sure your change configuration within the correct country version.
