3074660 - Timezone in the message monitor is incorrect in SAP Cloud Integration

Symptom

Right after message got processed, you cannot find the corresponding message in the "Monitor Message Processing" with time "Past Hour", even the "Log level" of iflow is not set to None or Error. When you adjust the Time filter, you may find the MPL with incorrect timestamp, even in the future.
