3074842 - S/4HANA 2020: CBO could not be published

Symptom

  • Publishing a CBO using the "Custom Business Objects" app fail with error: Business object <CBO ID> could not be published.
  • Upon checking the error logs in the backend system (transaction SLG1), the following errors are shown:

     Field <CBO´s field name> is still being used as a view field in view <View Name>.
     Business object <CBO ID> could not be published.

  • ATO packages (transaction S_ATO_SETUP) are prefixed with '$'.
