3074858 - Field "Life Cycle Status" in the search of Service Transactions

Symptom

The search of the Service documents (Service request, cases, Service Orders, Service Contracts or Service Confirmations) contains a field called "Life Cycle Status" with the following default values:

  • A Open
  • B In Process
  • C Completed
  • D Released

However, sometimes these values seem to be wrong. For example, the value B (In Process) displays documents with status Open
