3074943 - Unable to Activate More than One Approval Process

Symptom

You are trying to activate a second Approval Process, but notice only one can be active at time.

Environment

 SAP Cloud for Customer

Cause

You can have as many as Approval Process you want, however just one can be Active.

When you activate an Approval Process that is with Draft Status, the currently active process will be deactivated.

Resolution

This is the current expected behavior of SAP Cloud for Customer.

  1. Contact your Account Executive;

An alternative option may be to check the SAP Cloud for Customer Influence Site to submit an idea.
