You have a price list in your backend / ERP system (e.g. SAP Business One) that is maintained with a currency different from your home currency in SAP Customer Checkout -> Configuration -> POS system -> General -> Currency.
For example:
CCO currency = EUR
ERP currency = GBP
After you synchronize articles linked to this price list in CCO all prices are shown as 0.00 EUR. I.e. no conversion from the source price list to the CCO sales prices is happening.
