3075016 - SIPT_INTERVAL_SIGN_SD: Billing Document Not Digitally Signed / Missing Entry in SIPT_VBRK Prevents Subsequent Signing

Symptom

While executing program SIPT_INTERVAL_SIGN_SD, the system prevents further processing of billing documents due to missing digital signature records. The following messages are encountered:

“Document XXXXX not digitally signed yet; subsequent document cannot be signed”

“Billing document XXXXX was not inserted in table SIPT_VBRK”

This indicates that certain billing documents are not digitally signed or not recorded in the relevant table, blocking the signing of subsequent documents.
