3075030 - CIS: Select remote text column from table located in ORACLE hangs - ASE

Symptom

Select from a proxy table with a text column over Direct Connect for Oracle hangs indefinitely.

ASE's log (information from CIS trace):

From the ASE log, there is a TXTABORT. There is an issue with the value of the textpointer.
