3075040 - Columns missing on Advanced Filtering on Story Reports

• Cannot find Autojoin columns in Advanced Filtering in Story Reports
• Some fields are missing in Advanced Filtering e.g. Business Unit, Department, Location

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Create a new Story report
2. In the query designer select a table e.g. Job Information
3. Select a couple of fields e.g. Business Unit Code and Name
4. Go to Advanced Filtering
5. Try to apply a filter on these fields
6. Cannot find the fields Business Unit Code or Name

This is a known product limitation in Story Reports prior to the 2605 release. The limitation is addressed with the 2605 release, where auto‑join fields are supported in Advanced Filtering at the table level in Query Designer. Workaround (Pre‑2605):

1. Create the query
2. Click on Finish to go to Story designer
3. Select the widget e.g. Table
4. Edit > Builder
5. Click on +Add Filters
   
   
   
6. Click on Advanced Filtering
   
   
   
7. You should find the autojoin columns this time
