3075100 - Cannot Change Opportunity Attachment's Title

When uploading an opportunity attachment, from local file, there's no option to change the file's title.

 SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales work center, Opportunities view. 
2. Open Opportunity 123 (123 represents opportunity ID) and go to Attachments tab. 
3. Click in Add > Local File. 
4. See that there's no "Title" field for the attachment, just "File" field.  

The "Title" field is hidden on Adaptation Mode.

You have to make the field visible via Adaptation Mode.
