3075110 - Inconsistency Issue of File Sender Communication Channel between Design time and Runtime

Symptom

You create a File sender communication channel with File Transfer Protocol (FTP) as Transfer Protocol. This communication channel can work fine and message processing is also successful.
After you change FTP server/port info of this channel due to some business requirement, such as system migration, FTP server change, etc, you find the FTP server name or port number remaining the old one and not reflecting the new FTP server name/port in message log.
You have already tried making dummy change on this communication channel but still cannot get the change taking effect during runtime by checking message log in Message Monitor.
