3075181 - Popup screen: Resource SAP NetWeaver Application Server [W72/001] occurs, when downloading note by using the HTTP protocol.

Symptom

Popup screen: Resource SAP NetWeaver Application Server [W72/001] occurs, when downloading note.

Input the technical username and password, click OK, note could be downloaded.

Click the cancel button in the popup screen, message:[ E:SCWN:832 SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL Unauthorized] or [HTTP request failed for SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL with status code Unauthorized] will occur.

Click the cancel button in the popup screen, message:[ Error when receiving response from FCMS: unauthorized] will occur.

In SM59, Connection test for RFC: SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL and SAP-SUPPORT_NOTE_DOWNLOAD shows the following correct behavior.
