Input the technical username and password, click OK, note could be downloaded.
Click the cancel button in the popup screen, message:[ E:SCWN:832 SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL Unauthorized] or [HTTP request failed for SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL with status code Unauthorized] will occur.
Click the cancel button in the popup screen, message:[ Error when receiving response from FCMS: unauthorized] will occur.
