3075365 - How to Delete Business Roles from a Business user using Data Workbench

You want to remove Business roles from Business users using Data Workbench.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Data Workbench work center.
2. Select Export view.
3. Select object as Business User Business Role Assignment.
4. Select User ID under filters and add the ID to Value.
5. Click Next.
6. Click Export Data.
7. Download the file from Monitor.
8. Add column "ToBeDeleted" to the end of the row.
9. Enter value "TRUE" to the roles you want to delete.
10. Now perform an update by going to Import view.
11. Select Individual Object and Update.
12. Select object as Business User Business Role Assignment.
13. Upload the edited file and then update.

The Business Roles are removed from the Business user.
