Symptom
You would like to edit the revenue scheduled date in opportunity but it is grayed out.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Opportunity work center.
- Open an existing opportunity.
- Go to the Revenue Schedule Tab.
- Observe: the Revenue Schedule dates for certain months are grayed out.
Cause
The month that are outside of the revenue period are not editable.
For example, if the revenue start date of the opportunity is for example 13.05.2021 and its end date 19.05.2021, then the revenue is only enabled in that month 05/2021 and not any other, for example, October would not be enabled.
Resolution
This is expected system behaviour.
