3075503 - Some Details Cleared after Deactivation of an Org Unit

If any org unit in an org structure is deactivated, the system clears such information as: sales unit name, company name, department name. This details are also not replicated in reports.

 SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Organizational Management work center
2. Select Org Structure view
3. Select any org unit
3. Open the selected org unit
4. End the validity of the selected unit and click on Save
5. Sales unit name, company name, department name & other details are not visible after saving the data

This is the designed feature. The name and address data are time dependent. When the valid to date is changed for the org unit, the valid to date of the name and address will be changed to the same date (default logic).

This means that the name may be not valid any more for the date/time when the org unit is checked.

As a result, there is no name valid which can be shown on the UI.

This is the expected system behaviour.
