3075700 - No material item found for the specified criteria when processing IDOC error message HUGENERAL042

Symptom

  • If you process a shipping IDOC and you get the error, but if you do the same in VL31N it works fine.
  • The system doesn't allow to maintain /enter in a HU number by IDOC, but you are able in the inbound delivery.
  • Error HUGENERAL042 is received ("No material item found for the specified criteria")
