Scenario A

  • You are trying to upload a new document in Admin Center > Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates and below error message shows up:  
    • Example: ChangeSet index 1 - Server side error / ChangeSet index 1 - ???Exception while reading Provisioning settings for authentication.???;File could not be uploaded to PFS

Scenario B

  • You are trying to access Admin Center > Configure DocuSign eSignature and below error message shows up:
    • Example: [COE0018] Error creating bean with name 'onb2DocusignUtil': Initialization of bean failed
