3075889 - BW Query Variables: SIDs Generated for New Values

Symptom

  • You notice that new records are added to the SID table by the OLAP/Analytic Engine when a query variable is filled with new(non-existing) values. You want to know in which cases this happens and whther there is way to avoid this.
  • When you run a query one of the following errors occur: BRAIN_DEV 643, BRAIN_DEV 633, BRAIN 070.
